The company is locally owned and operated and has been servicing the farming and business community for more than 50 years.

The sawmill and timber yard have been operating on the same site since the 1950's and traded under the name of Valintine Sawmilling Co. Ltd. The company name changed in 1994 to Value Timber Supplies Ltd.

The main focus of the company for many years has been to provide quality timber and roundwood to farmers, builders and the Inglewood community, with real commitment to quality and service. A range of other products have been added over the past decade particularly with the opening of the New Plymouth retail outlet in 1995.

The company now has a huge range of products, including building supplies, gazebos, garden sheds, trellis, hardware and many more.
